Performance can mean many things, but perhaps the most fitting definition of all is: The extent to which an investment is profitable, especially in relation to other investments. Whether it’s his coaching capabilities, or knowledge of the mind in relation to performing, Dominik is a worthy investment. Ask anyone whose sales have doubled or tripled after working with him through his one on one coaching or live event training. In sharing extensive knowledge, Dominik speaks from experience relating to why the mind is so special when it comes to sales performance and thinking outside the box.
What You'll Learn:
🧲 Science study: The Law of Attraction
As a fan of meditating, Dominik firmly believes in the importance of being present. He recommends exercise in the morning paired with mindfulness practice afterwards. Why? He swears by the routine as it increases your awareness allowing you to see potential opportunities more clearly. After honing his mental craft, Dominik swears that the energy you reverberate is the energy you receive. Focused on more sales? Try his routine and they will come.
🔎 Recognizing Behavioral Patterns
Observing behavioral patterns and making changes for the better is an important part of the performance process according to Dominik. In doing so, many of his clients have reduced their hesitations allowing them to close more sales, more quickly. Here’s what he recommends:
Step 1: Get a small notebook and carry it around with you everyday for 7 days
Step 2: Every time you notice yourself hesitating to do something you need to/should be doing, write down the image that comes to your mind. Dom says before a thought even materializes, imagery comes first.
Step 3: Once you’ve given more thought to what just happened, write down the emotions that accompanied the imagery and what thoughts came after the emotion
Step 4: Analyze your results after the week to discover your pattern
Step 5: Make necessary adjustments
📈 Increasing Live Event Sales
If you’re innovating within yourself, why don’t you replicate it for live events? Dominik says the number one missing component in today’s live events is innovation. Most events are ran the exact same way, every year/quarter etc and have become outdated in the value they pitch to attendees. Dominik believes this has led to less success in selling products at events. His solution to double your event sales? Take a personalized approach! He has seen massive success in one on one training sessions as opposed to the “one size fits all” approach. It’s also a good idea to increase the price and value of your product at the sacrifice of a bit of volume - this will allow you to give more quality results.
📃 In Conclusion
Sales start within yourself. Establishing your mental game is just as important as implementing new ideas into your live events! Carry a journal around for a week to find your hesitations, then overcome them. The energy you put into the world is the energy you will receive, so make sure to focus on quality over quantity.
